I am a hands-on design leader with a well-rounded design background and extensive financial services experience. I have a finely-tuned ability to solve complex problems while harnessing the unique skills of the members of my team. My track record of leading cross-functional teams as we work towards outcomes that exceed the expectations of users and stakeholders demonstrates that I have the skillset, adaptability, and mindset to contribute to any team that I am a part of.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our young son and our 2 dogs in our East Charlotte home. Specifically, you can find me in the kitchen attempting new recipes while listening to the same music I've listened to since I was 16 (I peaked too soon.)
