Ally App Consolidation

As part of an initiative called One Ally, I was tasked with leading the effort to not only decommission the Ally Auto app, but to seamlessly merge its contents into the existing Ally Bank app.

Savings Toolkit: Round Ups Booster

The Round Ups Booster helps bank customers save a little extra by rounding up their purchases to the nearest dollar and adding the additional money into their savings accounts.

Savings Toolkit: Bucket Distribution

Moving money between buckets within a savings account was unnecessarily complicated, so I worked on simplifying the flow to better align with users' mental models.

Users can find a great deal of information on their account or vehicle details page in the Ally Auto App, but there were still questions coming in from customers who wanted to know why they owed what they did.

Savings Toolkit: Bucket Goals

Bucket Goals motivates users save for what's important to them by allowing the creation of monetary or date-based goals. Users can also track their progress as they save.
